Got hold of our copy of Animal Crossing for DS (had to go through Amazon to get it)…
Right now our town is basically devoid of all beauty as we shake peaches off the trees and grab every shell that washes ashore so we can sell ‘em. (We have a mortgage to pay, after all.) There’s also no rhyme or reason to the house’s decor, ’cause we’re using the first hand-me-downs we’ve gotten.
Bit like getting started in the real world, I guess. (Except I never resorted to poaching.)

Hey, what’s your friend code info? Mine can be found here. I bought a wireless router a couple/few weeks ago, but haven’t bothered to set it up yet. Once I do though, my town should be open pretty much 24/7 for visiting and you can snag any fruits you may need. I know I have nine apples just lying on the ground outside of my gate just waiting for someone to pick them up. :)

I’ll post it tonight (after I figure out how to set it up).
I’m a little irritated that the DS only works with WEP; I’ll have to downgrade my router’s security settings to make it work. (A bunch of articles from a year or so ago made it sound like WEP could be broken into in like 5 minutes.)
