Our ancestors spent most of their day on their feet. If they wanted something to eat, they hunted it, scoured the forest for it, or worked their fields to grow it. If they wanted to go somewhere, they walked. If they wanted something another person had made, they bartered a physical item that they had made with their own sweat and toil.
I spend most of my day sitting on my ass. If I want something to eat, I walk to the refrigerator. If I want to go somewhere, I drive my car. If I want something another person has made, I pay money earned with great mental exertion, but almost no physical exertion.
As a result, I am fat and weak, and by standards of natural selection I do not deserve to live.
Today I have decided I am going to rectify this situation.

You are going to off yourself? ;p
As a nice happy medium between technology and getting off your boonanni, I reccomend Yourself, Fitness for Xbox and PS2. It has a nice workout regimen that tailors what you want to do to your workout ie losing weight or toning up. As an added bonus, it also suggests recipes that compliment your workout routine…plus…the Maya girl…rowr! And if you do good…you unlock hidden bonus workout rooms! Woo hoo! I think I dropped 10 pounds or so using her for a mionth or 2 when I was getting ready for the wedding.

Natural selection is a cruel master, so no. :P After an afternoon of poking around, I found this:

10 pounds is a pretty impressive figure, though. (Er, the number, not your figure… oh, never mind.) I may give the “game” a shot if Plan A doesn’t work out. Bet Diana would like it too.
