		<description>I guess I didn't account for child disturbances, of which there were surely a couple in there.  And this was a pretty big batch - a pound of chicken, and probably 2 pounds of potatoes, carrots, and celery to peel and slice.  I think a better vegetable peeler would cut the time quite a bit, though.</description>

		<description>What... in the world... are you talking about? From start to finish I can have curry rice done in 15 minutes. (And yes, that includes rice cooker time.) Unless you're factoring in child disturbances, what are you doing when cutting that's taking so long?</description>
